Les Enfants Bianco speaks with the authentic voice of Collio. A precise blend of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon—occasionally enriched by Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Bianco—gives life to a versatile and elegant white.

Vinified in stainless steel and aged for over seven months on fine lees, it shows a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose opens with ripe apricot and pear from the Pinot Grigio, golden apple from Chardonnay, and white peach from Sauvignon, while Ribolla Gialla adds a touch of freshness and acidity.

On the palate, it’s silky and enveloping, balanced by vibrant minerality that makes each sip refreshing and expressive. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside seafood starters, vegetable soups, or light summer dishes, this white wine is ideal for those who appreciate a balanced and characterful bottle—never overwhelming, always refined.
