Tarabuso Cabernet Sauvignon – Terre del Marchesato

Tarabuso is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon that embodies the bold character of Bolgheri’s terroir. Produced by Terre del Marchesato, the grapes grow on medium-textured clay soils and are hand-harvested for optimal concentration. After careful vinification, the wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques, gaining complexity and aging potential.

Deep ruby with garnet highlights, its nose offers intense aromas of blackcurrant, ripe red pepper, dark chocolate, and delicate sweet spices. The palate is soft and enveloping, with rich red fruits, velvety tannins, and a long, balanced finish. Excellent with game, roast lamb, or duck dishes, this is a wine made for refined dinners and unforgettable moments.
