This wine is a sensory journey through the vineyards of Piedmont, where each Nebbiolo grape is a carefully picked gem. The color is a deep ruby red, revealing orange hues in the sunlight like autumn leaves. On the nose, it's a floral bouquet of violet and rose, with an undertone of raspberry and cherry. In the mouth, the complexity unfolds: layers of red fruits mix with earthy and spicy notes, all framed by a well-balanced tannic structure. Despite its youth, this wine has considerable aging potential, thanks to its structure and complexity. Perfect for a romantic candlelit dinner, it pairs beautifully with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.

The historic Cabutto winery is located on the Tenuta la Volta in the municipality of Barolo and extends over 20 hectares of vineyards. The Cabutto family strongly believes in the identity of the Barolo tradition without neglecting innovation in the winemaking technique. After years of refinement in large Slavonian barrels, the wines obtained are elegant, with great structure, excellent to drink young but also suitable for aging in the bottle.
