The Vermouth Bianco Mirafiore, a gem of Piedmontese viticulture, is a sublime expression of Italian winemaking tradition. This vermouth is the result of a skillful combination of Piedmontese white wines and Moscato, enriched by a blend of 46 diverse aromatic herbs, including flowers, plant roots, fruits, and spices, all naturally extracted and blended with wine, sugar, and alcohol according to the most authentic tradition. The origin of this vermouth intertwines with the history of Casa E. di Mirafiore, founded in the 1870s by King Vittorio Emanuele II of Savoy and dedicated to his son, Emanuele, Count of Mirafiore. This historic winery, located in the village of Fontanafredda in Serralunga d'Alba, has earned a prominent place in the wine scene thanks to the adoption of traditional Piedmontese winemaking practices, including long maceration and aging in large oak barrels, under the guidance of the respected winemaker Danilo Drocco. The production of this vermouth follows organic and vegan methods, maintaining a close connection with the land and nature. The result is a vermouth of great complexity and finesse, which can be enjoyed cold with ice as an aperitif or after-dinner drink during the summer, or warm in winter for a warming and enveloping beverage, enhancing its natural ability to refresh and quench.

The story of Casa E. di Mirafiore is deeply intertwined with the very roots of Piedmontese wine and its nobility. Founded in 1878 by Emanuele Alberto Guerrieri, Count of Mirafiore and son of the first King of Italy, the winery is located in the fertile territories of Barolo and Fontanafredda. Emanuele Alberto's vision, an entrepreneur of noble origins, revolutionized the wine world of the time with a modern approach to winemaking and a strong commitment to the community. Recently, Casa E. di Mirafiore has intensified its commitment to sustainability, achieving organic certification in 2018 and celebrating its first certified organic harvest. This orientation was further reinforced in 2022 with the publication of the first Sustainability Report and the acquisition of certifications for sustainable practices in its own 25 hectares in Serralunga, vegan products, and recognition as a "Historical Brand" by the Italian government, a sign of its historic contribution to the oenology of the Langhe, combining tradition and sustainable innovation.
