Emilio Primo Bianco – A Fresh Vermentino Wine from Bolgheri
Produced since 2003 by Terre del Marchesato in the heart of Bolgheri, Emilio Primo Bianco is a tribute to both family tradition and modern winemaking. This was the winery’s first white wine, named after Emilio Fuselli, who acquired the estate in 1954.
Made exclusively from Vermentino grapes, it showcases the brightness and freshness typical of Vermentino wine from Bolgheri, thanks to careful vinification in stainless steel.
In the glass, it reveals a brilliant straw yellow hue. The nose offers fragrant notes of white flowers (acacia, elderflower, lemon blossom), delicate hints of white peach, almonds, and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it’s soft, vibrant, and sapid, with a refreshing lime finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood risottos, raw fish, or light Mediterranean cuisine, Emilio Primo Bianco is a stylish expression of Vermentino from Tuscany, full of coastal charm.
