Ceruleo Rosso Veronese by Monte Zovo is an elegant and complex wine that best expresses the nuances of the Veronese territory. The selected grapes come from the morainic hills of Lake Garda, where the unique microclimate imparts extraordinary depth of flavor. The wine ages in tonneaux and subsequently in truncated conical vats, a process that enriches its structure and elegance. In the glass, it presents a bright, intense red color. The complex bouquet reveals herbal notes of hay and dried flowers, harmoniously blending with fruity hints of blackberry, raspberry, and cherry. The spiciness is evident, with hints of tobacco, chocolate, and licorice that add depth and charm to the aromatic profile. On the palate, Ceruleo is balanced, with elegant tannins that make it enveloping and pleasant, supported by a freshness that invites another sip. The finish is long and persistent, characterized by a finesse that enhances its complexity. Perfect for pairing with grilled meats, hearty first courses with sausages, mushrooms, and truffles, Ceruleo also pairs wonderfully with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. A wine that expresses the character of the Veronese territory in every sip, perfect for special occasions and convivial moments.

The wines of Monte Zovo are the fruit of the work in the 140 hectares of vineyards owned by the Cottini family distributed in the Verona area for the production of Valpolicella, Lugana and Bardolino. Bio-sustainability and technology combined with passion and oenological technique give life to wines of absolute value; each with its own distinct character but all linked by the common pleasantness, elegance and structure.
