Wine Artisans

Family-run wineries that operate with a short or very short supply chain are often characterized by great attention to product quality, thanks to the ability to monitor and control every stage of wine production. Furthermore, the fact that many of these companies are family-run gives them an atmosphere of authenticity and tradition which is often reflected in the quality of their products.

The title of "Artigiano del Vino" can therefore be a way to recognize and enhance the commitment of these companies in the production of high quality wines, but it should be remembered that the use of this term is not regulated by specific laws or regulations and so it can vary depending on the context.

In any case, short or very short supply chain wineries are an example of how attention to quality and tradition can still represent an added value for producers, as well as an opportunity for consumers to discover and appreciate great wines value and personality.

Why choose us?

Selecting the best wines for international importers has been our job for over 30 years.

We buy directly from wineries and we store under ideal conditions the wines ensuring only top quality.

We choose only quality products from wineries with vineyards, we don't buy from bottlers. We follow a short and sustainable supply chain that ends at your doorstep.

Vinai del Borgo: Your Italian Wine Enoteca in Mondovi

After a long experience in the wine world, Paul Borgogno founded Borgogno Wines Selections in 1994, with the goal of selecting high-quality Italian wines for foreign markets. In 2021, we opened a new chapter with the launch of Vinai del Borgo Enoteca Mondovi (Cuneo in Langhe). Located in the historic center of Breo, near the Langhe, in the heart of Piedmont, the enoteca serves as a meeting point between tradition and innovation. Today, Vinai del Borgo serves customers in Italy, the EU, and the USA, further expanding our reach through our Online Shop. We have just launched our 'Friends with Wine Benefits Program,' allowing our customers to earn free wine by introducing us to their friends and fellow wine enthusiasts. Our idea, as always, is to focus on people, who are at the heart of the wine world.
