The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Valpolicella DOP from Cantina Valpantena is a true gem of Italian gastronomy. Produced from Grignano and Favarol olive varieties, this oil originates from the hilly areas in the heart of Valpantena, north of Verona. The olives grow in exclusively organic soils and are processed in modern, continuous-cycle facilities at controlled temperatures. This process preserves all the organoleptic characteristics of the olives. The oil presents itself with a golden-green color and a light fruity olfactory profile. On the palate, it reveals a sweet taste enlivened by bitter and spicy veins. It is the ideal ingredient to enhance a wide range of dishes, both cooked and raw.

Cantina Valpantena brings together about 250 members for 750 hectares of vineyards and over 150 oil producing companies in the Verona area. Today it represents a unique and well-established reality for quality in the Vapolicella area, in particular in the Valpantena area.
