As an artist captures the essence of a sunset on canvas, the Pinot Nero Piemonte DOC Baccherosse is a liquid portrait of the Piedmont region. Carefully crafted by Cantina di Nizza, this wine pays homage to the Pinot Noir variety. Its refinement begins with steel vinification, preserving the fruit's integrity. Visually, the wine presents itself in a ruby-red hue enriched with garnet nuances. On the nose, intense notes of red stone fruits, particularly cherries, are accompanied by hints of balsamic and vanilla notes. Its body is harmonious and tasty, a perfect balance between acidity and tannins.
In terms of pairings, this wine beautifully complements Italian cuisine, making it an ideal companion for a romantic dinner or special celebration.

Founded in 1955, the Cantina di Nizza is made up of 200 members for 600 hectares of vineyards located on the hills around Nizza Monferrato. The winery's goal is to transform the fruit of the sacrifices of its members into wines capable of satisfying every palate: from fresh Barbera to his majesty Nizza. The large and unique "heritage" of vineyards and the careful selection of the grapes to be delivered, together with a careful and modern vinification, gives life to unique wines that speak of the territory.
