We introduce you to the Alta Langa Pianbè Rosè Brut DOCG by Pianbello, a sparkling wine that is a true gem of Piedmont. Produced primarily from Pinot Noir grapes with a small percentage of Chardonnay, this wine is an excellent example of the classic method. Its antique pink color and fine perlage are an irresistible invitation to savor its complexity. On the nose, you'll detect notes of red fruits and flowers, while the palate reveals a balanced and creamy structure. The aging of 30 months on the lees gives the wine a depth and complexity that make it ideal for special occasions.
