Farina's Bianco Nodo d'Amore Trevenezie IGT is a masterful fusion of grape varieties such as Garganega, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The clay and limestone soils give the wine an unparalleled aromatic and structural profile. The harvest is a meticulous art, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The refinement takes place partly in oak barriques, giving the wine an olfactory and gustatory complexity that makes it irresistible. On the palate, the wine is an elegant balance of soft tannins and well-defined minerality. Ideal for pairing with fish or white meat dishes, this wine also has great aging potential, making it an excellent choice for connoisseurs.
