Made exclusively from Arneis grapes, this wine is an example of how modern winemaking can enhance the characteristics of a native grape variety. The fermentation takes place at very low temperatures using selected yeasts, all strictly in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness and fruitiness.
Visually, the wine presents itself with a straw-yellow color, clear and bright. On the nose, it offers a complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and a touch of minerality. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its freshness and drinkability.
This wine is an excellent companion for any meal but pairs particularly well with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and white meats. It is a wine that speaks of tradition, terroir, and passion.
