The Passito from Roberto Sarotto is a wine that enchants you from the very first sip. Produced in the hills of Piedmont, this sweet wine is the result of a drying method that concentrates the sugars and aromas of the grapes. The color is an intense amber, almost like an autumn sunset. On the nose, you'll detect notes of dried fruit, honey, and sweet spices—a bouquet that is also reflected on the palate that is very fruity with hints of apricots. Aging in wood gives the wine a complexity that makes it unique. Ideal for pairing with blue cheeses or desserts made with dried fruits, this wine is perfect for special moments, perhaps a fine meal with loved ones. A wine that satisfies not just the palate but also the soul.
