The Wines

Barolo Rombo DOCG - Roberto Sarotto
This Barolo hails from the Novello area in Barolo, showcasing the noble character of Nebbiolo grapes grown on the sun-kissed hills of the Langhe. Aged for half in barriques and half in Big Slavonian Oak, this wine boasts a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, rose petals, sweet spices, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. It pairs beautifully with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG - Farina
Farina’s Amarone is a quintessential expression of the Valpolicella Classica area, crafted through the traditional appassimento process, where Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes are dried on racks, followed by long fermentation and aging in large oak casks. The result is a rich and enveloping wine with intense aromas of black cherries, dried plums, dark chocolate, and spices. The palate is powerful, velvety, and well-balanced, with a pleasant aromatic persistence. Perfect with braised meats, game, and blue cheeses.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG - La Lecciaia
This Brunello di Montalcino is the ultimate expression of Sangiovese Grosso, aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant and complex, it reveals a bouquet of wild berries, violets, tobacco, and a hint of balsamic. On the palate, it unfolds with an enveloping structure, soft tannins, and excellent freshness that balances the wine’s richness. Ideal with roasted meats, porcini mushrooms, and traditional Tuscan dishes.

Savor the nuances and complexity of these three Italian masterpieces, curated in a box designed for true connoisseurs. This collection celebrates the art of Italian winemaking, perfect for tasting moments or as an elegant gift.

The producers

Roberto Sarotto

Roberto Sarotto’s winery has deep roots dating back to 1820 when Giuseppe Sarotto first established the family’s winemaking tradition in Neviglie, near Barbaresco. Overcoming challenges like World War II and the phylloxera epidemic, the family revived their winemaking passion under the leadership of Roberto Sarotto, who graduated from wine school in Alba in 1984. A pivotal moment came in 1991 when Roberto acquired a 20-hectare estate in the Barolo region, marking the start of their ascent among the renowned producers of Piedmont. Today, the winery produces a diverse range of wines, including Barolo, Barbaresco, and other notable varieties such as Arneis and Chardonnay, while maintaining its commitment to traditional, family-run values.

Farina
Farina is a historic winery that represents the soul of Valpolicella Classica, one of the most prestigious areas in the Veneto region. The Farina family has been crafting wines for generations, specializing in the production of Amarone, a symbol of the estate's dedication to quality and tradition. The winery is deeply rooted in the terroir of Valpolicella, utilizing time-honored techniques like appassimento, where grapes are dried before fermentation to enhance the wine’s richness and complexity. Farina’s Amarone stands out for its intense, full-bodied character, perfectly reflecting the unique microclimate and soil composition of the Valpolicella Classica area.

La Lecciaia
La Lecciaia is a distinguished winery located in the heart of Tuscany, renowned for producing exceptional Brunello di Montalcino. The estate combines traditional methods with modern innovations to craft wines that embody the essence of the Sangiovese Grosso grape. With a focus on quality, La Lecciaia ages its Brunello for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, which imparts elegance and complexity to the wine. Known for its rich history and commitment to excellence, La Lecciaia continues to uphold the legacy of Brunello as one of Italy’s most revered wines.

These three producers—Roberto Sarotto, Farina, and La Lecciaia—each bring a rich history and dedication to crafting wines that are not just beverages but expressions of their unique regions and winemaking traditions.
