Monte Zovo's Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a wine that enchants the senses from the first sip. This wine is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which gives it a complex and enveloping structure. Its concentration given by the Appassimento technique is evident both in the colour, an intense ruby red, and in the olfactory profile, dominated by notes of plum, raisins, vanilla and chocolate. The palate is equally rich, with soft tannins and low acidity that make it incredibly velvety. This Amarone is ideal for accompanying rich dishes such as roasts and mature cheeses, but it is also perfect to enjoy in moments of relaxation, perhaps in front of a lit fireplace.

The wines of Monte Zovo are the fruit of the work in the 140 hectares of vineyards owned by the Cottini family distributed in the Verona area for the production of Valpolicella, Lugana and Bardolino. Bio-sustainability and technology combined with passion and oenological technique give life to wines of absolute value; each with its own distinct character but all linked by the common pleasantness, elegance and structure.
